Who we are

This site is operated by Digital Solomon LLC, trading as DigitalSolomon, at 4614 Christina Ct, Gastonia, NC 28056. For anything on this page, write to privacy@digitalsolomon.com.

What we collect, and when

Just reading the site

Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics product on this site, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap, no third-party tag of any kind. Our server keeps ordinary request logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and debugging, and those roll off after 30 days.

The producer-hours worksheet

The numbers you type never leave your browser. There is no form submission, no network request, and nothing is written to local storage or a cookie. Reload the page and it is gone. We never see what you entered.

The browser voice demo

If you choose to start the demo, your speech is processed in real time so the assistant can respond. No audio recording is kept and no transcript is stored - not by us and not by our provider. When the call ends there is no file and no record of what was said.

The demo is handled by Vapi (Vapi Labs, Inc.), acting as our service provider. Vapi is contractually restricted to processing the call on our instructions only: no independent use, and no training of any model on call content. Your microphone is not accessed until you press the start button, and nothing loads or connects before that.

The booking form

We collect your name, agency name, email address, an optional phone number, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. That is the whole list. We use it to reply to you about your enquiry.

These details are stored in our customer records system, GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), acting as our service provider.

What we deliberately do not collect

Neither this site nor the front desk product asks for a policy number, a date of birth, a driver's licence or social security number, bank or card details, health information, or anything else in that class. If a caller volunteers something of that kind to the voice agent it is redacted as it is transcribed, rather than cleaned up afterwards.

This is a design decision, not an oversight. Not collecting sensitive information is simpler and safer than collecting it carefully.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not operate a lead exchange, we do not ping-post, and your details are never passed to a buyer, a carrier, or another agency.

Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. Because this site runs no trackers and sells nothing, there is nothing for the signal to switch off - but we detect it and we say so rather than claiming a compliance we cannot show you.

Who else touches the data

• Vapi Labs, Inc. - the browser voice demo, real time only, no recording or transcript retained, no training on call content.
• HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) - our customer records system, holding booking enquiries.
• Google Cloud Platform - hosting and infrastructure logs.

Each acts on our instructions as a service provider. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

How long we keep things

• Worksheet entries - never stored, so nothing to keep.
• Voice demo audio and transcripts - never stored.
• Booking enquiries - kept while we are in contact and for two years afterwards, then deleted.
• Server request logs - 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for asking. Write to privacy@digitalsolomon.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will not ask you to create an account to make a request.

If you are in the EU or UK: our lawful basis for handling booking enquiries is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and for the voice demo it is your consent, given by pressing start.

Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this notice we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
