Terms of use, and what this service is not.
The section that matters most to a licensed agency is the second one. It is short.

Who these terms are with
This site and the AI front desk service are provided by Digital Solomon LLC, trading as DigitalSolomon, at 4614 Christina Ct, Gastonia, NC 28056 ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to what follows. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
We are not an insurance producer, and this is not insurance advice
DigitalSolomon is not a licensed insurance producer, agency, or broker. We do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance. Nothing on this site and nothing said by the AI front desk is insurance advice, a quote, an offer of coverage, or a recommendation to buy, change, or cancel any policy.
The front desk product holds no rate information and has no quoting tool. It is built so that it cannot produce a price, and a second deterministic check replaces any turn that looks like one with a transfer to a licensed person. If you need a rate, a coverage opinion, or advice about a policy, speak to a licensed agent.
Where we build a front desk for an agency, the agency remains the licensee and remains responsible for licensed activity. We provide software; we do not act under your licence.
What the service does
The AI front desk answers inbound calls, identifies why the caller is calling, captures a name, a callback number and a reason, and either records a service request or transfers the caller to a person.
It never places outbound calls. There is no dialler, no automated callback, and no outbound capability of any kind. This is a permanent property of the product, not a setting.
Going live is a call-forward from your existing number, which stays yours at your carrier. Turning the forward off restores your previous arrangement immediately.
The browser demo
The demo on this site is a demonstration, not a service. It identifies itself as AI before it begins, does not access your microphone until you press start, and retains no audio and no transcript. Do not give it real personal information; it is not connected to any agency and cannot action anything.
Demonstration pages
We sometimes prepare a demonstration page naming a specific agency and send it to that agency unsolicited. Those pages say so on their face. They are prepared by us alone, the named agency has not endorsed or reviewed them, and they expire within two weeks. If you have received one and would rather we did not contact you again, reply and we will stop.
Fees
Pricing shown on this site is indicative and is confirmed in a written agreement before any work starts. We charge a flat build fee and a flat monthly fee. We are never compensated as a share of policies sold or premium written, and we will decline that arrangement if it is offered.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to probe or load-test our systems without written permission, or to misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
This site and the demo are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the demo will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Terms covering a paid engagement are set out in that engagement's own agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do.
Accessibility statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this site, and we build to that standard rather than retrofitting it. Specifically:
- Every colour pair used for text on this site is tested against the AA contrast threshold, and the tests fail the build if a pair drops below it.
- The site is fully operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link.
- The voice demo announces its state changes to screen readers, and Escape ends a live call from anywhere.
- Form errors are announced, described in text next to the field, and never signalled by colour alone.
- We respect the reduced-motion preference.
- We do not use an accessibility overlay or a plugin toolbar.
Known limitations
The browser voice demo requires a working microphone and speech, so it will not be usable by everyone. It is a demonstration only - every part of the product it demonstrates can be shown to you on a call instead, and no part of this site requires the demo to be understood or to book a call.
If something does not work for you
Tell us and we will fix it. Email accessibility@digitalsolomon.com with the page and what went wrong. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix confirmed barriers within 30 days, or to tell you plainly why we cannot and offer another way to get what you needed.
